Assessing replacement value of Popiel Palace being of great historical significance – a complex of buildings consisting of a street-facing tenement house, an annexe, and rear outbuilding located in Cracow at Św. Jana / corner of Św. Marka streets. The property covers a total area of over 2000 m2. The value assessment also covers specific character of furnishings and fittings of great historical value which can be found in the subject tenement houses for the purpose of insuring them (as a total of costs of constructing components of the buildings, taking into account the degree of their wear and tear) – January 2017
