Calculating market value of historical value of Villa of Decjusz, Łaski House, House of Erasmus, Cracow in Wola Justowska

Calculating market value of ownership rights to a tract of land covering a total area of 2,9683 ha with a landscape park and properties  built thereon, belonging to a palace complex of great historical value located in Cracow in Wola Justowska: Villa of Decjusz, Łaski House, House of Erasmus. The analysis was conducted by giving consideration to the fact that property rights were limited (‘Willa Decjusza’ Association). This allowed for revaluating the annual fee for establishing the right of usufruct – March 2014
