Calculation of the market value of redeveloping the attic in the tenement house at 7 Św. Gertrudy St. in Cracow – upward extension of the 5^th and 6^th floor which followed from conversion of two non-residential establishments falling under separate ownership. Originally, they were parts of the attic on the 5^th floor of the building listed on the register of historic monuments and sites under the number A – 1030; Analysis of the technical condition as of the day of valuation and after completion of the investment.
