Managing Evaluation Team at the Arbitration Committee of the Polish Federation of Valuers’ Association. The dispute concerned valuation reports produced by a professional appraiser (including indication of certain parts to be leased), including calculation of the lease fee due for specific areas indicated by the Ordering Party. What was also questioned in the subject valuation was the value of fixed assets and fittings, including the share of operating costs for two castle and park complexes located in Subcarpathian Province, i.e.:
Castle and Park complex in Krasiczyn, Przemyśl District covering a total area of (according to the Ordering Party) 6,167 m2
Castle and park complex in Baranów Sandomierski, Tarnobrzeg District covering a total area of (according to the Ordering Party) 8,565 m2.
