Valuation of the property left beyond the Bug River – calculating the market value of a tenement house of great historical significance located in Ukraine in Lviv at Akademitska St, (currently Shevchenko Prospect). The analysis was conducted in accordance with provisions of the Act on exercising the right to damages for leaving real estate outside the present borders of the Republic of Poland. The purpose of the analysis: qualifying the value of the aforementioned property towards cash benefits from the Damages Fund – June 2014
