Market value of ownership rights to the historic manor farm and park complex, being a part of Rdzawa estate, i.e. tracts of land covering a total area of 4,980.00 ha, located in Rdzawa, Trzciana Municipality, Bochnia District, including a larch timber mansion decorated with unique polychrome paintings dated at the period of 1693 – 1703. The analysis also covered legal circumstances and physical condition of the property as of 01.08.1945. The purpose of the analysis: claiming damages for the unlawful takeover of the estate by the State Treasury under the decree issued by PKWN (Polish Committee of National Liberation) – January 2015
