Calculating the market value of a property complex – the five-star “Stary” hotel in Krakow situated at 5 Sławkowska St. and listed on the register of historic monuments and sites under the number A-284. The purpose of the valuation: securing credit claims and giving opinion determining market rental rates for five developed land properties listed on the register of historic monuments and sites and located in Cracow at Main Square, i.e. Szczepańska, Kanonicza, Floriańska and Murarska Streets. The analysis was conducted in the period of 2007-2009.
