Market value of real estate with an area 0.49 ha built-up with the Manor in Brzezna with an area of usable 679.90 m 2 with associated facilities, located in Brzezna, commune Podegrodzie, area nowosądecki as at the valuation date – in May 2019 and market value of outlays incurred by the tenant real estate on the historic manor house, plot and accompanying buildings in the period from 2009 – until 2019, as well as the amount of rent in three different variants of the lease agreement and the value of the property in question as at 31.12.2018 with the extraction of the value of buildings and structures for accounting purposes .
