Valuation of the palace and park complex in Wałycz, commune Rynsk, voivodeship Kuyavian-Pomeranian

Historic palace and park complex in Wałycz located on a plot of the area 2.3578 ha at a road distance of about 50 km from Toruń. A landscape park with old trees and a pond, as well as a neoclassical palace with neo-baroque gables of side arms. Palace with an area of usable 787.54 m2 was created from the extension in the nineteenth century of the older one-story manor house with a hallway on the axis.
