The area of Osada Pałac Prymasowski includes a landscape park with an area of 5,1200 ha located in the immediate vicinity of the city park (together they form a park area of 42 ha)
and a complex of historic buildings with a total usable area of 4,788.76 m2, including: the Primate’s Palace, a former kitchen and palace conservatory, three residential outbuildings and a former coach house, and a complex of farm buildings of the former farm (non-historic) with a total usable area of 4,072.82 m2.
The Primate’s Palace – the former residence of the archbishops and primates of Poland dates back to the early 17th century, the current characteristic baroque palace, rebuilt in the style of French classicism, comes from the 18th and 19th centuries is an outstanding example of palace architecture. The spatial arrangement and rich detail in the interior have been preserved.
