Calculation of the market value of a tenement house of great historical significance situated at Szewska St. in Cracow

Calculation of the market value of expenses incurred for converting commercial premises with a total floor space of 400 m², located in the basement and on the ground floor of a tenement house of great historical significance situated at Szewska St. in Cracow. The property was adapted for a new use given its character and location. The results of the analysis were used for settling accounts by the parties – April 2014
