Valuation of the listed property complex: the 14 century Teutonic castle – total floor space of  6264,70 sqm – the oldest and one of the best preserved Teutonic strongholds located on the west bank of Vistula River, the Mary’s Palace  – total floor space of  2583,18 sqm and the Hunting Palace – total floor space of  515,50  sqm – as the Conference & Hotel Center  “The GNIEW Castle” located in Gniew, the Pomerania Province. The purpose is a loan collateral, valuation on a base of the income approach with some comparative elements  – March 2018
