Valuation of the Goetz Palace in Krakow, ul. Lubicz

Valuation of market value ownership of the historic Goetz Palace as a separate unit with an area of ​​2,081.95 m2 as part of the housing association Browar Lubicz at ul. Lubicz 17 in Krakow together with a share in a common property, including share in the perpetual usufruct right to a plot of 2.0594 ha.

A comparative approach was applied – with respect to the few large separate premises in historic properties located in Krakow, as well as – checking the historic built-up properties, although they constitute a different legal form. The obtained result was verified based on the income approach.
