Market value of the historic palace, farm and park complex located in Lubinicko, commune Swiebodzin, area Świebodziński, voivodeship Lubuskie – including a landscape park with an area of 13,1157 ha founded in the second half of the 19th century. The palace complex consists of two connected buildings entered in the register of monuments:
- Manor house – late-baroque built around 1800 – area usable area 608.80 m2
- Palace – Neo-Renaissance from 1886, added to the Manor – area usable 534.00 m2
and a number of buildings of the former farmstead of an economic nature.
The value of the property was determined in a comparative approach based on market transactions with similar palace and park complexes mainly from the province of Lubuskie and Greater Poland.
Goal – to secure bank receivables and make strategic business decisions regarding future team functions.
