Calculating the market value of a complex consisting of two tracts of land, total area of which is 281 m². Over the plots located in Gdańsk at Straganiarska St. two functionally conjoined tenement houses stretch. They are adjacent to the gothic church of St. John being of great historical significance. The buildings are listed on the register of historic monuments and sites under the number A-329 and, currently, house offices and commercial establishments. The analysis was carried out for calculating the value of the corporate owner. Adjusted net assets method was applied. April 2012
