Valuation of property rights to palace, park and manor farm complex located in Cracow, Nowa Huta, within a former village of Kościelniki, covering a total area of 11.29 ha: landscape park and palace of the Wodzicki family designed in late Baroque style. The palace itself and the buildings of the former manor farm need to be completely renovated. The valuation is based on transaction prices quoted for landscape complexes located in close proximity to larger towns in Lesser Poland as well as prices quoted for properties of great historical value located on large tracts of land in Cracow – October 2014
