Calculation of the market value of net rental fee due for  a ten-year use of all rooms and quarters in the street-facing building including the conjoined annexes and the outbuilding at 16 Rynek Główny in Cracow, “Wierzynek Restaurant” (the tract of land covers a total area of 528 m²; on the plot, there is a three-floor street-facing tenement house, a two-floor annexe, and a one-floor rear outbuilding); the real estate is listed on the register of historic monuments and sites under the number A-139;  the subject rental fee follows from analysis of 100 fees quoted for rent of establishments located on 0-3 floors in street-facing tenement houses with annexes and outbuildings in Cracow within Planty Park – August 2010
