Judicial opinion regarding the amount of compensation for the deterioration of the property referred to as the Palace and Park Complex in Włostów, commune Lipnik, area Opatowski, province Świętokrzyskie, including: a neo-Renaissance palace building from the end of the 19th century, a classicist residential outbuilding from the first half XIX century and a landscape park with an area of 7.3700 ha – during the period when it was owned by the State Treasury (from March 26, 1945 – until June 11, 2015), including the state of the property it was in as a result of hostilities and determining the amount of remuneration for non-contractual use of real estate for the period from 2007 to 2015.
